Buried vegetables in the sand: Any kind of desired vegetables may be cooked in this dish, the picture below gives you an idea of what may be used, but it is important not to use tomatoes.

It is prepared by layers of silver foil under and above layers of vegetable and meat. The foil is wrapped over the vegetables in three layers, and edges are sealed tightly, then it is covered with flaming charcoal (as the picture below shows) and left for half an hour or so depending upon the size of the pieces.
